At Riyad Bank, your feedback and comments are the main driver for change and improvement, that is why we fixed few issues and introduced new services that will enrich your experience with Riyad Mobile app.
Whats new in this update?
New services:
o Android users will no longer need to enter the One-time-password (OTP) sent by SMS to their phone, the app will fetch it for them (the app will only read the SMS received from Riyad Bank)
o You can now apply for an additional account (current or saving without interest) through the app
o You can change the Username and Password from the app
o You can check the status of your product or service application through the app
Issue fixes:
o Fixed a minor issue while creating a beneficiary
o Fixed several minor issues with SADAD
o Fixed minor issues with placing a standing order
o Fixed the auto-dialer language issue
o Fixed the card activation issue
