Lobber is a fun Tic-Tac-Toe-like game. Try to win by putting 5 "noughts" to a line in any direction. It is compatible with all mobile phones having color screen and Java. Download the shareware version into your phone from WAP site. Either you can download and unpack the zip-archive to your PC. Then use your cable, infrared or Bluetooth Device and appropriate software to upload the unpacked files to your cell phone
