It minimizes to an always visible taskbar that displays current task and allows current task to be changed with only two clicks of mouse. Supports multi level tasks so time spent on individual tasks or whole projects can be tracked. Displays time entries in a weekly calendar that supports dragging and stretching to adjust time entries. Reports by project, task or time to track billable time. The tasks also features pop-up reminders and associated files. Supports tracking activity while tracking tasks to track the time spent in meetings, processing email or any type of activity you define. Activity monitor displays activities performed during day with minute to minute update. Keyword search finds old time and task entries. Supports marking tasks as canceled or finished with cascading setting of sub-tasks to keep current task list from becoming cluttered. Supports viewing of canceled and finished tasks. Supports re-opening of previously canceled or finished tasks. Supports daily to-do list with to-do list progress indicator to track time spent on important tasks.
