Topaz Booking is professional booking software for the management of bookings. These bookings are normally minutes to hours in length and happen within a day on a day sheet. For many businesses the management of bookings quickly becomes un-manageable when keeping track of bookings using a paper based or spreadsheet method, so it is useful to consider using software which can make booking management more easy.

A booking can contain a customer or a group of customers, a staff member, a class and a room. Since different types of business have different terminology for customers or classes and other words. In the case of a school, customers are known as students and the staff are known as teachers within this booking software. In the case of a Spa, the staff are known as staff and classes are known as treatments.
