BLISSDOCS is an I-pad and I-phone application for directors on a corporate board to supplement physical face to face meetings by providing access to and annotation of agenda, presentation and minutes related to a board, sub-committee of the board and shareholder meetings. Built as an extension to BLISS, a secure corporate secretarial automation, e-repository and risk management software, this applications provides the director with features to annotate the document with comments or highlight portions of it and have the option of sharing the annotations with others to promote effective collaboration.

The application also offer the Director a real time company law compliance dashboard of the Company, with provision to manage their calendar for board meetings, access records for the Board meetings and provision for voting on circular resolutions proposed by the Company.
