Description
We were unable to find a simple text to HTML converter, most that we tried failed in some cases: they were unable to convert large text files, unable to translate curly quotes, junk characters sometimes popped up, some converters didn't extract the images. This program is ideal for converting text (TXT and RFT) files into HTML format.
