Easy management of the budget (revenues, expenses, assets) of one or many real estates. Each property can have one or many property owners assigned. For the assignment of the different types of expenses, revenues and assets, corresponding accounts can be created. An entered amount is automatically divided between the property owners in respect to their value proportion.Various fact sheets and an annual report will be generated as PDF file.
