Description
Path To Clipboard copies the path, directory, or name of the selected file to the clipboard. It also copies the paths or names when you select multiple files, folders, and shortcuts. It even follows shortcuts and offers to copy the path, directory, or name of the file the shortcut is pointing to. Sometimes you need to type in the path of a file or a folder or maybe just a filename. Usually, you go to the Address bar in Windows Explorer, copy the text, and switch to your document and paste it. Of course, if you also need the file's name, you have to start the rename process, copy the name, cancel the rename, then switch to your document and paste it in, too.
