Description
Neon Note is a note taking application. You simply choose a folder for your notes, and start adding notes. Any existing .txt files in the folder will also appear in Neon Note. On Windows 8, you can put your folder of notes on your Dropbox, Google Drive, or any other synchronized folder system to synchronize your notes onto other computers. As the notes are plain .txt files, Neon Notes are are readable on any computer.
