Description
Bareos is a open source fork of the backup project _Bacula_. After the installation of the binary package, the Bareos service starts running in the background, while the tray monitoring application enables you to view a complete list of the running and terminated jobs. It offers among other features LTO hardware encryption, bandwitdth limitation and new practical console commands. It is a reliable, cross-network open source software for backup, archiving and recovery of data for all well-established operating systems.
