TopoStitch can easily create accurate stitches of topographic images from your AFM, SPM, Profiler, Interferometer, or Confocal Microscope. It features all images are placed automatically, if the images contain stage position information, interactive Grid Layout Tool allows you to easily place your images in a grid, when stage positions are not available, advanced snapping and semi transparent rendering makes it easy to place and adjust images manually, advanced stitching algorithm, and sub-pixel correlation algorithms increase your productivity and the accuracy of your stitched results.
