Description
QR Code Encoder and Scanner provides the user with the ability to scan a variety of barcodes and to create QR Codes and save or share the codes via email. The application allows for creation of a QR Code based on free text input. It further allows for the creation of a QR Code vCard, i.e. the user can select a contact and encode the information. Due to the limitations of QR Code (i.e. capacity limit), the contact information is restricted to name, address, company name, URL, phone numbers and other "important" information. QR Code vCards can also be shared with others via eMail.The application does not require an active Internet connection as other QR Code products do. The encoding is performed directly on the iPhone or iPad device.
