Description
GeCCO (Genomic CNV Classification Objectively) is a bioinformatics tool for classifying copy number variants as either benign or pathogenic. GECCO comes in handy for classifying copy number variations (CNVs), which are DNA alterations caused by an abnormal number of certain DNA sections in the genome.
