CHS BackOffice is intuitive and interactive - a reliable iOS solution developed specifically for the gaming industry. The goal of CHS BackOffice is to provide easy access to collectively perform administrative tasks on all QuickJack kiosks while maintaining the gaming propertys ongoing business requirements.This iOS application enables authorized users to securely generate reports, view statistics, monitor devices and any other content online, and to communicate more effectively. Authorized users can speed decisions and enhance relationships while collaborating with patrons, teams, and business associates. Subject to system and application privileges, all authorized users can view, open, or make as many changes (e.g. settings, user authority) as required. CHS BackOffice is made up of two services:1) Monitor Service takes charge of system and application logics behind the scenes.2) Administrator Service renders the user interface.
