A great tool for IT professionals who deploy iOS devices or associated network services.When using iOS devices there are many standard services that are used such as push notifications, the App Store, activation or enrolment into an MDM Server. All these services require certain ports and servers to be reachable by the iOS device over the network. Sometimes a firewall may be blocking certain ports and thus breaking some services. This app is a quick way to test whether these ports and services are reachable, thus greatly speeding up the troubleshooting process. Especially useful if you are on a network you are not familiar with.The app has two modes: The general mode checks whether key Apple servers and ports are open and reachable. Great for troubleshooting issues with services such as push notifications and activation. If you are using your own server/MDM solution you can test the reachability to that server and key services running. In the list we have added 3 popular MDM solutions with their key services. You can also add your own server to the list.
