Pros
Highly organized and searchable notes: Write for Mac allows you to organize notes from multiple sources in various locations. On the leftmost side of the application, you can quickly find your notes by clicking on the folders or tags. Finding and accessing all your notes is fast and easy with the "search" function.
Dropbox, iCloud, and iOS synchronization: This app offers support for Dropbox and iCloud, as well as iPhone and iPad counterparts. You will definitely appreciate the convenience of synchronizing your notes across Apple devices and on the cloud.
Notes can be formatted and exported: The app lets you do basic text formatting, change fonts, insert links, and export notes in PDF and HTML formats for printing or e-mailing.
Cons
Latest version (v0.8) requires Mac OS X 10.8: Version 0.3 of Write for Mac can be used with Mac OS X 10.7, but it does not automatically save texts when you quit the app.
Not yet available in the App Store: While an installer is available, the app has not been added yet to the App Store.
