Amortized (formerly known as PayCalc) is an iOS application for your iPhone or iPod that allows you to calculate your loan payment based on the amount, down payment, interest rate, and length of the loan. There is also a lookup for the current interest rates from Zillow.com. Please leave some feedback on some features that you would like to see. Future releases will include some customizable settings and some PMI information.
