Description
Simply place the CapsLockOFF.exe file into any computers all users start up folder, see below for that location, and every time the PC is started and logged in this
application will be running silently in the background. If for whatever reason the Caps Locks gets turn on this application will turn it off.
There is no user interface since there is no need for it. Its a small exe that you manually place in the all users startup folder and when a user logs into Windows this app runs.
Every 3 seconds the caps locks status is checked, and changed if needed.
The caps lock button will still work it just wont stay on.
