CESaver is a scheduler which changes the status of your local or networked Windows computer or Windows server to Power Off, Standby or Hibernation on specified times and days. It has an easy to use interface allowing you to specify single and recurring events. The special feature of CESaver is its capability to check a number of user definable conditions within a grace period to delay the computer status change. You have the option to let CESaver check the network traffic, network device status, running processes, active services, CPU utilization, microphone peak level and many more. Additionally the software is able to schedule a direct Power On of your local computer or Power On the computers within the network by its WakeOnLAN feature.
