Description
I love movies, and I love watching them with family and friends.
However, from time to time I've wanted to share movies I consider
"classic" with an audience that wouldn't appreciate just one or two
brief parts.
This program implements a crude but effective solution for this problem
by blanking the screen and/or muting the sound on computers running
Windows(tm) according to a script read from a file. This is an
admittedly simple minded approach but with the benefit that it is
independent of both the media and the media player used and does not
require editing video. The program is suitable for situations when you
want to blank out a few general sections of a movie or show, but it
would be tedious to use for "bleeping out" many individual words, for
example.
