The results are displayed using clear charts, so you can you get a quick overview of the performance of your organisation.When browsing through the scores, you can save selected scores as the starting point for an action plan; just press and hold a score for 2 seconds. These saved scores can be found in the action plan section on Customer Extranet (https://customer.effectory.com).The Result & Action app is free. To use the Result & Action app, Effectory login credentials are needed. These credentials are available to Effectory customers.
