LikeQuick Change Hotkey is a simple utility that makes it possible to do just that, as it enables you to replace standard system shortcuts with user-defined key combinations. Moreover, the program is fully portable, and the configured hotkeys can be enabled or disabled with a single mouse click.

LikeQuick Change Hotkey can be used to assign new key combinations for most of the shortcuts you use on a daily basis. For instance, it allows you to open the Task Manager or Run dialog box with a single key press.
It is possible to configure up to ten shortcuts, but it is a shame that more are not supported. Once they are set up, you can enable or disable any of them on the fly.
