This application also includes guidelines for treatment and prevention of hypothyroidism.The Billewicz diagnostic index evaluates the presence or absence of various signs and symptoms for the diagnosis of hypothyroidism. This screening tool helps clinicians to diagnose hypothyroidism in a resource-limited environment. The calculator is designed based on the total scores of 14 signs and symptoms that form the Billewicz diagnostic index.
