By simply uploading the image of the issue along with the real-time location of the place. The user can add the location manually with the information related to the problem.
Also; they can get the address of nearby Government offices along with the website and directions. By selecting the directions option the user will get the Google Map real-time directions to reach the office.
The news section will provide the latest events, programs, and contests in the city.
