Description
This app will allow geriatric patients with heart failure to record their weight and to describe their physical condition. The premise of the app is to help patients to be able to better monitor their weight and signs of HF. The application will be used to test a group of patients with Heart Failure who are cognitively stable. Patients will be use the app to enter their weight. When a patient begins a weight survey, theyll be asked a series of other questions to better track their daily condition. When done with the survey, the patient will be able to review their weight over time on a dashboard display.
