iAgent has been designed by Real Estate Agents, for Real Estate Agents. Efficiently keep track of your listings, vendors information, commission earned and quickly report and graph how you are tracking against sales budget. Take your sales files with you on the run and have your commission calculations at your fingertips. - Listing information iAgent allows you to store the address and vendors details for the listing along with a photo for quick identification on the run. And when you need to call your vendors they are one touch away with the speed dial icon contact your vendors easily on the go. - Commission Calculator iAgent is also a quick and easy to use commission calculator that allows you to calculate commissions based on a sliding scale or incentive based commission. Simply enter the base rate as a percentage (%) and the price where the incentive starts. Then by pressing the (+) it allows you to enter the next commission level (% rate). Press the (+) again if you need to open another commission level. Once this has been entered save it against the listing details until the property is sold. - Sold Listings Once the property is sold, simply enter the sale price and iAgent will calculate the commission and GST component for you. Mark the property as sold and enter a sales date and save the property information including, Vendor details, photo of the property, date sold and commission earned from that sale under the Sold Listings button. When the property is due to settle simply go to the Sold Listings section select the address you want and dial the vendor, saving you from having to search the office for the sales folder to find the vendors details. - Budget/Commission Tracker iAgent will keep track of your monthly income and graph it against your monthly sales targets. Simply enter settings mode and under Commission budget you can enter your monthly targets. iAgent will use this information to graph your actual income against your budget on a monthly, 3 monthly, 6 monthly or 12 month basis so you always know how you are tracking. You can also produce your own reports to email or print. What a great way to work out that bonus at the end of the year.
