TakingMeasures is a free application designed to provide education and awareness about metabolic health for users of all ages at home or on the go. This interactive, educational tool calculates users Body Mass Index, or BMI, explains what this number means, its effects on overall health, and tracks users BMI history. The application includes a survey that helps users assess their readiness to change and provides customized tips on nutrition and physical activity. Taking Measures also includes a fun and exciting game called Percys Pick-e-plate Challenge where users learn about healthy eating by helping Percy prepare healthy meals. This application is not intended to provide a diagnosis and all users should visit their health care professional for a full examination.
