PrAgMapper is a demo application based on precision agriculture research that is ongoing at Niagara Research. This mobile application puts a strong focus on the GPS tracking capabilities of iOS devices. There are three components to this application1. Real time device tracking - For use of asset tracking, and path logging. The device submits its location to a central server which then displays recorded devices on a map found at: http://pragmatic.niagararesearch.ca:81/farmtracker/tracker.php2. Logging of farm plants, including height, possible disease and GPS location stamp.3. Real-time presentation of plants based on location - A list of plants the user is close to is presented as he or she moves around the field.This application is sent without warranty and is for demonstration of concepts at this point.
