Description
PatientNotes2 is a great way to keep track of patient visits, assessments, and treatments. It is very simple, add a patient and then add a note, later on add another note and so forth. The patients are listed alphabetically by first or last name or by patient ID (patient ID can be an in-office number or social security number). The notes are listed chronologically according to the patient. Review the notes for a particular patient; print out a single note or all the notes for one patient. This app can be set up to be compliant with HIPAA laws, the files can also be shared manually with other devices.
