Instead of calling 1588-5644 and without ARS announcement, the phone call can be directly connected to the volunteers by choosing a language through the application. The language that has been used once is automatically saved, so for the after usage the interpretation service with same language can be provided without using the application.In addition to the actual service, bbb application provides 'Incheon Airport Hotline'.
