This application displays the tabular view of periodic tableand the list view containing the detailed information about each chemical element.a) Periodic Table(Table View)In the periodic table thechemical elements are organized on the basis of theiratomic numbers,electron configurations, and recurringproperties. The elements are listed in order of increasing atomic number (the number ofprotonsin thenucleusof an atom).The rows of the table are calledperiods and the columns are calledthe groups.The elements belonging to one group have few similar chemical properties.The elements in the same group are displayed with the similar back ground colours in the periodic table. The chemical elements are mainly divided into Metals, Non Metals and Semi- conductors. Each of these is having different sub-groups.b) List ViewThe list view displays the complete information about each element in the periodic table. The symbol, the origin of the name, group number, periods number, atomic weight, density, melting point, boiling point, heat values of each element are displayed.
