mobb is a platform for secure mobile payments in Bulgaria, operated by BORICA - BANKSERVICE JSC. BORICA - BANKSERVICE JSC is a National Cards and Payments Operator. mobb is not an independent payment system but an upgrade to existing card platforms. mobb allows card-holders to register their bank cards and use information and payments services via the mobile phone. Thecy can make mobile payments, transfer money to other mobb users, as well as receive information about: - balance - last 5 transactions - and lock and unlcok their cards mobb app does not keep data about the cards or their holders. In order to activate a mobb account, the user has to download the app and register at least one card. The registration could be done via ATM or online at www.mobb.bg. mobb supports cards issued by: Central Cooperative Bank CIBankTokuda Bank D Bank Municipal Bank InvestbankInternational Asset Bankmobb is free to download. The subscription fee will be charged on the first registered card based on the services that are chosen.mobb will be free to use for 1 month for everyone who downloads it and activates a card until November 8th 2013.
