To play the game, you need a Playbrush device which converts your toothbrush to a gaming controller and connects to your iPhone/iPad via bluetooth. Get your playbrush at www.playbrush.com/order
This app includes an in-app purchase subscription: The Playbrush Plus which gives access to all games
The subscription can be purchased quarterly or yearly
