Description
U-Brew was especially developed for brewers who want to gain full insight into the fermentation process of their brew.
The app connects to the measurement instrument EasyDens by Anton Paar and provides in-depth insight into the fermentation process. By this means brewers are able to brew exactly the beer that they intend to brew.
The App hooks up to the EasyDens device via Bluetooth and provides well-structured and visualised data management. The extract content (Plato), the specific gravity (SG), the alcohol content (ABV) and the calorie content will displayed at any time in the brewing process. Furthermore, U-Brew is able to calculate the apparent degree of fermentation of your brew.
U-Brew enables you to assign measurements taken with the EasyDens to your respective brews in order to visualise the fermentation process including alcohol content curve and calorie content. Consequently, you will stay informed about what is going on in your brew from measuring the original gravity until bottling your beer. This lets you take the necessary actions as soon as unintended deviations from the expected fermentation process occur.
All measurements are automatically compensated for temperature and can be saved and shared without restrictions as xls or csv file.
Furthermore, you have the possibility to conduct a fast fermentation test which will show you the expected original gravity, alcohol content and calorie content for your brews already after a very short time.
The demo mode lets you try out all the app features even without owning an EasyDens measurement device.
