OnBase Mobile eCapture for iOS

Description

OnBase Mobile eCapture allows patients and clinicians to complete and sign forms using an iPad, eliminating paper forms that need to be scanned and indexed. Forms can be completed at a registration desk, in a reception area or at bedside.Once a form has been completed, the document is immediately stored in OnBase and is available for retrieval and viewing. Additionally, discrete form data can be captured and sent to almost any downstream system for example a disease registry. The ability to capture discrete data replaces the need for costly and error prone manual data entry.
