Orchestra is a smartphone-based mobile application designed to enrich patient and provider collaboration in a redesigned clinical encounter. This tool improves the current model of decision-making and collaborative care in the clinical setting by delivering relevant information to patient, parents and clinicians to help everyone prepare for a productive clinical interaction. We want to help patients answer the question, What can I do to improve the outcomes that are most important to me? Orchestra is currently only in use by families and providers enrolled in our pilot studies. Users of this app have to be pre-registered to use Orchestra by their healthcare institution.
