Run your Pan-Mass Challenge fundraising email campaign from your iPhone. Post your giving link to Facebook and Twitter.The PMC App makes it easy to manage your fundraising. Start by logging in with your PMC ID and password. Then, with your permission, your contacts are displayed for you to check them off to email for a donation. When a gift is received, the name moves from Requests to Donors. There you can hit the Thank button to acknowledge them individually for their support. Fundraising TemplatesThere are templates to send your personalized fundraising links to your distribution list of prior donors plus anyone in your phone contacts with an email address.CAMPAIGN TEMPLATEThe first template is the current campaign template. It is a close match to the email template we send to all registered riders. There is no editing available on this one - just send it as is to your distribution list.Your PMC Profile StoryThe second choice is "My Story" which is connected to the story in your PMC Profile. Modify your profile story to work as your email template. For example remove any salutation such as, "Dear Friends", because the app automatically includes a personal salutation like "Dear James." Then the app will insert your story after the salutation and close with the personalized links to your fundraising.Enter Your Own Message"Enter Own" let's you enter a message at the moment you send your solicitations. Perfect for a quick note to your audience. For longer messages it is a good idea to have it written in notes or some other app so you can just paste it in.Note: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
