When visiting your doctor its important to be able to accurately describe your symptoms, when they first appeared and what you were doing at the time.Sometimes though, symptoms creep up over time and the critical information that the doctor requires is either not available, because youve forgotten in the meantime, or the information is inaccurate due to you not being able to properly remember what happened a week ago.Symptom Tracker allows you to write down all the relevant details of symptoms including how painful they were and the circumstances of your position at the time.You can then take the app to your doctor and relate your symptoms exactly to him/her giving them an unprecedented level of detail which will hopefully lead to a quicker diagnosis and treatment plan.Please note that the app will set the colour of symptoms based purely on the severity of the pain only. The colours are in no way an indication of whether you should see a medical practitioner or not and they also do not indicate the severity of the actual symptom.
