This app has been produced as part of the stop smoking service for young people Cloud 9 service which is run by West Lothian Drug & Alcohol Service in West Lothian and is funded by NHS Lothian. The aim of the app is to help you understand more about the range of effects smoking tobacco has on you, some tips that you might find helpful and some of the many benefits of stopping smoking, including how much you can save.
