Description
The OMGene app is the workplace portal for employees of Omnicom Media Group MENA, the media services division of the Omnicom Group Inc., a leading global advertising and marketing communications service holding.
OMGene allows them to immerse themselves into the culture of the group and enhance their working experience with information about the organizations various initiatives, including sustainability, the NRG of the day and the Academy. As well as offering details on current and forthcoming activities, OMGene facilitates the participation in the agencies CSR drives and opens a new channel of communication to provide feedback or suggestions. The app innovates the peer review function that is integrated in the companys performance appraisal process. It also provides the necessary information for the selection of training courses provided by the group or its agencies.
OMGene also integrates with the HR and admin functions to streamline the interaction with employees and creates a new channel of communication for all employees. Through its many interactive features, it make for an easier and more effective working experience.
