Description
ProTecht allows you to prevent your family members from texting or surfing social media while driving, while at the same time monitoring their current and previous locations as well as the speed that they are traveling. Hands free capabilities are the only option allowed.
It is a dual end system that involves two entities (Driver/Guardian) and one app for each.
For the Driver it is Pro Driver
For the Guardian it is Protecht
The idea: A system where people can ensure safety of their loved ones who drive on a regular basis. How we do it is that the guardian can ask the driver to install pro Driver on their phone that reminds them to not use their phone while driving. The App has a built-in map so that they do not have to move out of the system while driving. And when they move out of the App to use any other service and are above a defined limit, the App notifies them as well as the Guardian on Protecht App.
The Protecht App shows the last location of the Drivers registered with a particular account, this system is for free for now, we want to float this into the market and see if we are able to save lives.
