bSeen is a free location based social networking app which works as follows:Shows you a list of all users within a 100 metre radius of yourself.-See whos nearby, connect and chat with them.Shows you a list of all users who were in your area, for up to 12 hours after they have left.-Connect and chat with users who you crossed paths with.Save users to chat to them later.Tag users to receive push notifications telling you when they are nearby.bSeen takes your privacy very seriously and therefore:1.Your location will NEVER be visible to other users.2.Your full name will only be visible to your Facebook friends. Non Facebook friends will only see your first name.bSeen likes to provide users with flexibility and therefore:1.Tagging can be turned off in the settings.2.You can make yourself hidden at any time in the settings.However neither of these features can be used when they are turned off. In order to provide you with the best user experience we use your location to find people near you and although we have tried to optimise our app, continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life
