Description
Radiographers Forms is an application for radiographers to record information regarding radiography exams that are performed at local hospitals. The exam information is recorded into 'objectives,' several of which constitute any single 'form' in the application. Once the user decides that all the objectives for a form are completed, he or she can export the form with the click of a button. When the 'export' button is pressed for a form, all the exams for the objectives in this form are organized by line in a new CSV file and then automatically attached to an email. The user can then modify the subject, content and recipient of the email before submitting it.
