Working with certain health plans and specific government agencies, Access2Care offers rides to and from eligible healthcare appointments all across the country. If you are a Medicaid, Medicare, or Dual Eligible recipient and a member of one of our clients' health plans, you are most likely eligible for rides to and from your healthcare appointments. These ride services are to help you when you dont have another way to get to your healthcare appointment. Ask your health plan or Medicaid agency if they offer this benefit to you through Access2Care.
You will find using our application is faster than calling in to schedule a ride. In addition to scheduling, you can cancel upcoming trips. If your using Lyft you can see where the vehicle is on a map. You can also request your return ride by simply clicking a button. Please wait to request your return ride until after your medical appointment is complete. Access2Care will be enhancing this app with new releases.
