UCSF and UC Davis invite you to join PERCEPT--a study to improve our understanding of how changes in medication affect mood or blood pressure. The PERCEPT app allows you to see a plan, connect your favorite device, track and see your health data. Together we are going to better understand how to make care more tailored to you!
To use this app, you must have an invitation to join the PERCEPT Study from UCSF or UC Davis.
