Description
The Student Athlete Program is purchased by a high school athletic director and funnelled down to all coaches, to be used by all athletes in a school. We provide athletes with enough content to cover 3 athletic seasons a year for 4 years without redundancy. Each week focuses on a different character trait and we provide a high impact daily lesson to reinforce this trait. At the end of each lesson, we provide one reflective question. The athletes response goes directly to their coach.
