Description
Goeats is the newest food delivery platform in Sri Lanka that makes ordering delicious food online a walk in the park.
Steps
Step 1 - Download the Goeats app from the Apple App Store.
Step 2 - Register with your mobile phone number and wait for your validation code.
Step 3 Create your account by telling us your name, and your delivery address.
Step 4 Place your order with Goeats. Get your food delivered. Feel great!
How do order
Once you are in the app youll see a list of lunch and snacks option delivering to you, along with prices and your ratings. Click the one for anything youre feeling on the menu and hit Add to Cart. Choose the quantity. Place the order and well notify our chef to begin prepping your food.
After submitting an order
We send your order to our chef as soon as you hit the button. The app tells you theyre working on the order and your food will be delivered on or before the delivery time.
Cancel an order
Maybe. Depends on if we have already made your food. Remember, we move quicker than others. Our restaurant may already have your food prepared. If youd like to cancel the order please do so before your deliver status change to on route which is ideally before 11.00am before a Goeats driver leaves with your food to deliver.
How to pay
You can pay for your delicious food at the time of delivery.
Delivery
Your delivery partner will generally bring your order right to your delivery address and contact you through the number you have registered with Goeats.
Ratings Your Food
You can place the rating after you place the order and we will show you the ratings the next time you want to order.
