The MemorialNow app will walk you through a series of questions about your symptoms to gather information about your condition. Within an hour, youll receive a response from a Memorial Physician Services provider. Because our MemorialNow providers are part of the Memorial Physician Services network, they will have access to your medical history at Memorial and can communicate your treatment plan to your primary care physician if you are a Memorial Physician Services patient.
You can submit your case to MemorialNow 24/7. A provider will respond within one hour between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m., including weekends and holidays. Inquiries after hours will receive a provider response the next morning. Patients will receive a diagnosis, treatment plan and electronic prescription, sent to the pharmacy of your choice, as needed, for all cases that can be treated virtually.
