Seamlessly track your brew bar's analytics.
- Create a master brewing print with the dial-in screen
- Record every brew during the day and compare with the master brewing print
- Use with the Atlas Extraction Stand and Lunar + Pearl scales to gain further insight into the brewing process. Get exact beverage weights for extraction yield calculations, and track the movement of water and coffee through the brew system.
- Connect to the Baratza Sette 270W to record every gram of coffee ground for use.
- Automatically record water used and cups brewed to reduce ingredient waste and track cost of goods.
- Compatible with Acaia Pearl and Acaia Lunar (for dual scale setup)
- Show in real-time bean:water ratio and bean:beverage ratio
- Brewbar stations: Connect up to four Acaia scales (3 stations), and choose a saved recipe to brew consistent cups of pour over coffee at all 3 stations at the same time
- Replication History: View previous replications for the recipes
- Compare the difference between the replication and the original brew (master brewing print)
Note: Brewbar require latest firmware on the scales. v1.8 for Pearl and v2.5 for Lunar
