No matter where you are in your pregnancy journey, you need the right care and support to help ensure a safe and healthy pregnancy. As part of EmblemHealths Healthy Beginnings Pregnancy program, Future Steps*, a pregnancy telehealth app, offers resources, education, and support to help you manage your health and your babys health anytime and anywhere throughout your pregnancy. Future Steps is available to all eligible Medicaid and HARP EmblemHealth members aged 15-45 at no additional cost.
With Future Steps, you can:
GET SUPPORT
Create a care team that can include nurses and care managers.
Join a community of expecting moms where you can ask and answer questions and receive additional support when you need it.
Connect with your care manager via chat and virtual telehealth visits to regularly monitor your health and progress.
STAY HEALTHY, GET WELL
Learn about what nutrients and vitamins you and your baby need and get help planning healthy recipes.
Create health and wellness tasks and goals.
Track your sleep, steps, and more by connecting your Bluetooth devices and other apps such as Apple Health.
Manage your medications to ensure they are safe and that youre taking the correct amount when youre supposed to.
GET INFORMATION
Access educational resources and information you need to know throughout your pregnancy.
Create a personal calendar with alerts and appointment reminders so you never miss important visits with your doctor.
Take an online health assessment to help us understand your needs and provide the best services to you throughout your pregnancy and after delivery.
Receive important reminders about your health insurance, including Medicaid renewal dates.

You must register to use Future Steps. We must have your current mobile number on file to verify your identity before you register. To update your mobile number, please call Customer Service at 855-283-2146 (TTY: 711), 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays). A representative will be happy help.
